Our wifi float camera is robust and easy to use, helping you keep track of your horses while on the road. It provides peace of mind for those “what was that noise?” moments allowing you to quickly verify the safety of your horses without stopping.
EASY TO INSTALL
The camera has a magnetic base which makes a strong connection with the metal frame of your float interior, so there is no need for drills or tools for installation. The camera can easily be repositioned to change viewpoint or for charging purposes.
The sturdy bracket is easily loosened to allow for accurate camera positioning and tightened to ensure there is no movement once you are underway.
The camera can also be mounted above the tow ball or on the back of the float for easy reverse manoeuvring.
7+ HOURS BATTERY LIFE
The unit is charged via usb cable (provided). Full charging takes approximately 3 hours and allows 7+ hours of camera transmitting time.
SIMPLE SETUP
Once charged, the camera can be connected to your mobile phone or tablet using an app (iOS or Android).
The camera operates in any type of lighting including complete darkness, with infra red lights providing a 15m range of vision.
WIRELESS CONNECTION
The camera doesn’t use your mobile data, so it will remain connected even in remote areas where mobile service is unreliable. The camera can be connected to more than one device.
The unit can work through additional walls, such as in a gooseneck or horse truck. It will transmit approximately 10m (up to 20m without obstructions).
IP68 WATERPROOF
The unit is rated IP68 waterproof, so it can safely be used in open sided floats, or when the float side windows and roof hatches are open, allowing for good airflow without risk of rain damaging the camera.
OPTIONAL MONITOR
We have tested this unit with a range of Android and iOS phones, however the extent of our testing does not include all makes and models on the market.
For customers wanting continuous viewing without using a mobile device, we also sell a package which includes a monitor.
